Do I Need To Purchase A Box?

Yes- If you are wanting to customise your own bespoke Gift Box, along with selecting each individual item into your shopping cart, you will also need to select a box size, colour and ribbon. This option can be found on the Menu Bar. A Gift Card is inclusive, simply enter your inscription to the 'Add a Gift Note field' upon checkout.

If you are purchasing one of our ready-to-ship Gift Boxes, you will NOT have to add a custom box selection to your cart, these beauties are all luxuriously packed up  and are awaiting a new home! Just make a note at checkout if you have a ribbon colour preference.

NO- If you are simply purchasing for yourself, especially if it is only one or two items, contact me via email: @preciousspaces@yahoo.com.au and I will make up an invoice for you and work out a shipping cost custom to your purchase as it will more than likely be far less than a bulky, heavy gift box!

 

How much is shipping and how long will it take for my parcel to arrive to my recipient?

We only use Australia Post to deliver our Gift Boxes, as we have tried so many different courier companies whom are unreliable, impossible to deal with and are more often than not far more expensive. so from our end your order should arrive at it's destination within 2-4 business days within Melbourne Metro areas and within 5-10 business days elsewhere in the Country (with the exception of orders made during a public holiday weekend). Cost will be an estimated $14.95 for Victoria and $24.95 for the rest of Australia. We can express post for you if you email us before checking out, but just like everything effected by COVID19 AUS Post is in high demand during these times and can potentially take a little longer. We will always pack your parcel and post it as soon as an order is placed to achieve the fastest turnover possible and we will provide you with a tracking number when your parcel has been dispatched. The Postman may require a signature upon delivery for all interstate orders so it's a great idea to include the recipient's contact number in the 'ship to' field upon checkout, along with your contact number in the 'bill to' field.

I need my Parcel delivered next day....

This would be no problem under normal circumstances. Call Tamara (sales) on 0404 536 232 and I'll make your package priority-packing, send it express ASAP, but again, thanks to COVID19- I can really only promise you to do my best.

I have questions pertaining to my particular order, how can I contact you before I check out?

During business hours, feel free to call Tamara (sales) on 0404 536 232 or email preciouspaces@yahoo.com.au and someone will respond ASAP in order for you to complete the transaction to your absolute satisfaction. Changes can be made after the transaction has taken place if need be, just contact us.

 

 

I'd like to schedule a Gift Box to be sent on a particular day in advance, is this possible?

Absolutely. You can either make a note of it upon checkout, or call Tamara (sales) directly on 0404 536 232 and place your order over the phone, email: preciousspaces@yahoo.com.au

 

Will there be an option to add a Gift Card at checkout?

Yes, a personalised card is inclusive to the cost of your Gift Box. Type your message in the 'Add a Gift Note' field upon checkout and we will ensure your inscription is hand written verbatim, on one of our gorgeous gift cards, as if you have written it yourself!

How will I know which size Gift Box I'll require?

Our 'Petite' Gift Box will hold most of our products, however if you a large order or have ordered an item that is fairly large, you will need to opt for our 'Deluxe'! Leave it with us, we'll endeavor to deliver your parcel in the best, most beautiful and suitably presentable way. It's our favourite part!

Please Note:

Be sure to fill out both the 'ship to' and 'bill to' fields upon checking out. We require both sets of contact information in order to reach you and your recipient if necessary. Please be sure the 'ship to' fields are completed with your recipient's details and the 'bill to' with your own. If you are paying via PayPal, please ensure all of the fields are completed before being directed to the PayPal website. If you have automatically checked out with PayPal and bypassed the 'ship to' fields, simply call or email us and let us know where you would like your parcel to be sent.
